Our calibration laboratory for pressure (NABL CC-2452) has been accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 since 2002

We calibrate your pressure measuring instruments quickly and precisely:

  • in the range from -1 ... +5,000 bar
  • using high-precision reference standards (pressure balances) and working standards (precise electrical pressure measuring instruments)
  • with an accuracy from 0.003 .. 0.02% of the measured value depending on the pressure range
  • Differential pneumatic pressure calibration in the range of 0...40 bar with an accuracy of 0.02% of the measured value
  • in accordance with the directives DIN EN 837, NABL/DKD R6-1, EA10/17, EAL G26

Our calibration laboratory for dead weight tester calibration has been accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 since 2011

We calibrate your dead weight tester using cross floating (area and mass calibration):

In-house, Primary Calibration Lab 

WIKA is the only manufacturer of primary flow elements in India that maintains an in-house wet calibration facility with NABL accreditation upto 2500 m3/hr flow range and 0.15% measurement uncertainty. This allows us to not only guarantee our customers the shortest lead time and help eliminate additional transportation costs for movement of equipment but also remains the ultimate in-house quality check for our products.

To provide absolute reliability for your application, we calibrate all types of flow meters, including the Primary (Venturi, Orifice) and Secondary (Mag Flowmeter and Ultrasonic) flowmeters, in our flow calibration lab.

WIKA's primary flow element manufacturing facility is located in the vicinity of Faridabad (India), 30 Km from south of Delhi. The new state of art facility, inaugurated in 2016 has a built up area of 1,500 m² dedicated specifically to the flow lab. Our modern facility includes 3 overhead cranes and underground water storage tank with capacity of 500,000 litre along with an overhead tank with capacity of 100,000 litre for maintaining constant level head. These features ensure that we have the ability to calibrate meters of all sizes. Our lab features eight stainless steel centrifugal pumps with a total load of more than 550 HP. These pumps can create flow ranges up to 3,500 m³/h and pressures up to 4 bar.
